Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Deposit

A photography session is considered booked once a deposit has been received. The deposit secures the session date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payments

Payments must be made using the methods accepted by Timeless Photography by Lou. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will keep their agreed price.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the client cancels a session, the deposit will not be refunded. Sessions may be rescheduled depending on availability. Clients are encouraged to notify the photographer at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

4. Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session but typically range between 1 to 3 weeks.

5. Editing Style

The photographer maintains full creative control over the editing style and final image selection. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless previously agreed.

6. Copyright and Usage

All images remain the copyright of Timeless Photography by Lou. Clients receive personal usage rights to download, print, and share their images. Images may not be sold or used commercially without written permission from the photographer.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Timeless Photography by Lou reserves the right to use photographs taken during sessions for portfolio display, website content, social media, or promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing before the session.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled session and ensuring that all necessary permissions or approvals for locations or venues are obtained.

9. Liability

Timeless Photography by Lou will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality service but is not responsible for circumstances beyond control such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.

10. Agreement
